Information on COVID-19

Following the outbreak of COVID-19, we understand that safety and hygiene is absolutely paramount to both our employees and our clients. This is why we have implemented a range of strict measures to ensure that we are doing our part to reduce infection.

What is Coronavirus?

Coronavirus or COVID-19 is a respiratory virus that can cause mild to severe cases of illness ranging from the common cold to the flu. Symptoms of the virus include fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue and shortness of breath. As COVID-19 spreads via person-to-person contact, it is essential that throughout this time all people and businesses practice good hygiene to stop the virus from spreading. This includes:

  • Regularly washing hands with soap and warm water for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • Practicing social distancing by keeping at least 1.5m between you and other people at all times.
  • Self-isolating by only leaving your home for essential reasons such as grocery shopping, medical needs, caring for dependents or going to work.
  • Following all government regulations and recommendations in response to COVID-19.


What we’re doing in response to COVID-19

To protect our staff and clients throughout this difficult time, we have developed a series of safety and hygiene policies. While we continue to offer unparalleled signage design and management, for the foreseeable future we will be incorporating the following measures into our services:

  • Keeping 1.5m between staff and clients, and between fellow team members as much as possible.
  • Conducting client meetings over the phone or via video conference as much as possible.
  • All staff will be advised to immediately stop work if they develop symptoms of COVID-19, or if they have recently returned from overseas travel.
